We
believe the Bible is God’s inspired word (2 Timothy 3:16), and that there
are no other books inspired of God.

We
believe that God exists (Hebrews 11:6), and that he will reward the
righteous and punish the unrighteous (Matthew 25:46).

We
believe that Jesus Christ is the only begotten son of God (John 3:16), and
that we must walk in his footsteps (1 Peter 2:21) and keep his commandments
(John 14:15).

We
believe that the Holy Spirit is a part of the Godhead (Genesis 1:2; Acts
5:1-5) and that the Holy Spirit has guided the inspiration of the Bible (2
Peter 1:20,21).

We
believe that miracles have ceased today (1 Corinthians 13:8-10), and that it
is by obedience to God’s word that people are saved (1 Pet. 1:23; Romans
6:17).

We
believe that all of our worship must be in spirit and in truth (John 4:24).

We
believe that we must preach only God’s word (Mark 16:15), and avoid the
foolishness of man’s “wisdom” (1 Corinthians 1:21-25).

We
believe that we must pray to God through Jesus Christ (Ephesians 5:20;
Colossians 3:17).

We
believe that we must observe the Lord’s Supper on the first day of every
week (1 Corinthians 11:23ff; Acts 20:7).

We
believe that we must sing psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs to God without
the aid of mechanical instruments of music (Ephesians 5:19; Colossians
3:16).

We
believe we must lay by in store of our financial gain each first day of the
week as God has commanded us (1 Corinthians 16:1,2).

believe that we must be separate from the world (2 Corinthians 6:17); we
must not be partakers with the world (Ephesians 5:7); and, we must have no
fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness (Ephesians 5:11).

We believe that we must
be set for the defense of the gospel (Philippians 1:17; Jude 3)

We
believe we must be ready to give an answer to every one who asks us
concerning the hope that is in us (1 Peter 3:15).

We
believe that every person will be judged by the deeds of his or her life
(Romans 2:6; 2 Corinthians 5:10).

We
believe that Christ will come again to judge the world (2 Timothy 4:1; 1
Thessalonians 4:13-18), and that the world and the works therein will be
destroyed (2 Peter 3:8-11).

We
believe that both Heaven and Hell are real (Matthew 25:41,46; John 14:1-3;
Revelation 21,22).
